Abstract

One hundred percent Peruvian-owned, Grupo Supermercados Wong (GSW) is widely respected for its outstanding customer service and innovation. How did the Wong family manage to succeed in such a difficult and competitive industry? In the face of competition from foreign companies, can GSW continue to gain market share and increase sales?
