Thunderbird School of Global Management's accelerated Master of Leadership and Management (accelerated MLM) program is designed to deliver mastery in 21st-century leadership and management principles, allowing globally-minded students the opportunity to obtain both a bachelor's and master's degree in as little as five years. This in-depth program offers an optional specialization in specialization in AI, Analytics, and FinTech Innovation in Business designed to propel your career to new heights.
Created to empower graduates with well-rounded, future-ready skill sets, this transformational master's degree combines cutting-edge management coursework with a truly global curriculum, cross-cultural communication and negotiation training, personal development and leadership components to prepare graduates to thrive as decision-makers in enterprises that operate across borders. The accelerated MLM program is offered as an accelerated bachelor's plus master's degree with Thunderbird’s Bachelor of Global Management or Bachelor of Science in International Trade as well as Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering’s Bachelor of Science in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management.

Applied learning
Students in the Accelerated Master of Leadership and Management program have the unique opportunity to apply their learning in an international setting. Some options include:
Global Field Seminars --- During this course, students experience an intensive one-week immersion in-country. Students enjoy a hands-on learning experience in a focused region of the world, comprising company site visits and high-level meetings and presentations with business, government and cultural leaders as well as Thunderbird alumni. Through these interactions, students learn the challenges and opportunities that make doing business in the region unique.
Thunderbird Global Challenge Labs --- This client-facing, project-based capstone course at Thunderbird engages a team of four to six Accelerated Master of Leadership and Management (AMLM) candidates with a client in an advanced or emerging market. The team spends one week working on the project onsite with their client. Projects are tailored to the business needs of the client and provide sophisticated data and market analysis, strategy recommendations, and practical, effective plans for sustained growth. The GCL offers projects which are truly win-win propositions, creating value for companies and providing a unique, professional learning experience for our students.
