Overview

Organizations across sectors and industries have global ambitions to succeed in developing and implementing their global strategies. At the same time, they are facing opportunities and challenges in managing digital transformation. ‘Global’ and ‘Digital’ are now fully interconnected. This two-day workshop will offer a deep understanding of the leadership requirements for leveraging digital transformation in achieving global success. It will explain the concept of Global Mindset and its relevance to managers and organizations, especially those engaged in major digital transformation strategies. Participants will complete Thunderbird’s brand new scientifically designed Global Digital Mindset Inventory (GDMI). They will receive feedback on their own profile, and will develop action plans to improve it.
