Provide your employees with a global education on your schedule.
Thunderbird online programs will empower your teams with the latest global knowledge and skill set through a wide array of global business topics.
"Employers are in dire need of talented professionals who can thrive in an increasingly connected global economy," said Joe Patterson, Assistant Vice President, Thunderbird Online.
Thunderbird's Online Certificate programs combine the world’s leading global business education with the flexibility of online learning. Each Thunderbird Online Certificate program is designed and delivered by Thunderbird faculty, and is comprised of three, four or eight-week online courses. These courses can be completed at your employee's convenience, and are available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the completion of the three courses, each individual who participated in the certificate program will receive their Thunderbird Certificate.
Thunderbird online offers the Certificate courses as stand-alone certificate of completion options if you are looking for a specific course for your team or department. View a list of our current single course pricing.
If you are looking for a custom solution for your team, we will work with you to create a custom program that is targeted to your specific organization's strategic initiatives.
Thunderbird Online Courses begin the first Monday of every other month.
For your employee to receive their Thunderbird Certificate or certificate of completion for a single course, they must register for and complete the appropriate number of component courses for their specific program.
To earn the Certificate of Completion, participants must:
Complete all requirements as outlined in each program syllabus
Complete the End-of-Course Assessment with a score of 80% or higher
Complete the End-of-Course Survey
Corporate development programs offered by Thunderbird Online are ideal for companies who have or are seeking international business, and need to train and develop internal members of their associate and management level team to implement strategic initiatives.

The continuing education unit (CEU) is a recognized method of quantifying participation in an organized continuing education experience under qualified instruction. One CEU is equal to 10 contact hours of time spent in such an educational experience. The main purpose of CEUs is to provide a permanent record of the educational accomplishments of an individual who has completed non-credit educational and career enhancement activities.
Each participant receives 3 CEUs per online course completed, equating to 9 CEUs for the entire online certificate program.
