Sundaresan Ram, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Global Marketing at Thunderbird School of Global Management and world-renowned international marketing strategist. A native of Chennai, India, who speaks English, Tamil and Hindi, Dr. Ram is recognized for his international expertise in the areas of services marketing, innovation management, global branding and telecommunications marketing strategy. The continuing education unit (CEU) is a recognized method of quantifying participation in an organized continuing education experience under qualified instruction.
