Enrollment Agreement

Thunderbird Online Programs

It is the responsibility of participants to read and understand the policy and procedures outlined below. Upon registration and payment, participants will receive program specific information via email. All communication will be sent to the participant’s email account collected in the registration process.

PAYMENT TIMELINE
  • Payment is to be made NO LATER THAN five business days before the first day of the program.
  • Thunderbird will only grant access to program materials when full payment has been received by the accounting office of Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU (herein referred to as “Thunderbird”).
  • In the event of late registration, program fees are due immediately.
  • Payment not received by the deadline may result in cancellation from the program.


CANCELLATION and REFUNDS
This contract can be cancelled and refunds granted according to this schedule:
  • A cancellation made after a participant accesses program materials will not be eligible for a refund.
  • A cancellation made before a participant accesses program materials is eligible for a 100% refund minus a $50 non-refundable Thunderbird Online Networking & Career Portal fee.


POSTPONEMENT
Thunderbird honors postponement requests without additional fees if made before 5:00 p.m. Arizona Time, five business days prior to the program start. Thunderbird may not honor postponement requests made after a participant accesses program materials.

Requests for cancellation or postponement must be in writing, directed to: certificatehelp@thunderbird.asu.edu

PAYMENT TYPE
Thunderbird encourages credit card payments made at the time of registration. Alternatively, Thunderbird can issue an invoice, due according to the terms in this agreement, and following the Payment, Cancellation, and Postponement policies outlined herein.
  • Domestic payments can be made by credit card, check, or wire transfer
  • International payments can be made by wire transfer: phttps://www.flywire.com/pay/asu


THUNDERBIRD CANCELLATION
Thunderbird reserves the right to cancel a program prior to its start date. In the event a program is canceled prior to its start date, the applicants will be notified in writing and will be entitled to a full refund of the program fees. Thunderbird is not responsible for reimbursement of any other costs.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Each participant completing the program will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate does not satisfy any Thunderbird or ASU degree requirements nor is program credit transferable to any Thunderbird or ASU degree program. Full attendance is required to receive the certificate. Make-up sessions may be arranged at an additional cost.

CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE
Submittal of this registration form signifies that you have read and understand all aspects of this agreement, that you recognize the legal responsibilities in regard to this contract, and that you have read the above copy of the Thunderbird Executive Education Enrollment Agreement.
